Our gypsum board production line has realized fully automated production by PLC control, ERP related interface reserved, raw material automatic metering. It not noly guarantees the qualiy and precision of the gypsum board products, meanwhile, reduces the labor intensity and labor costs. As many laborers are replaced by machine, which decreased lots of production accidents. 

Main Production Process: Gypsum ore - Gypsum powder  - Clinker Calcining - Meter - Mix (water, dry admixture, wet material admixture) - pulp molding (protective paper) - Coagulation - Cutting - Drying  - Edge cutting sealing side - stacking- whole stack packaging
